We are very excited you are interested in living on campus. Housing and Residence Life offers apartment-style living in a convenient location at competitive rates. Students who live on campus are more likely to graduate on time, have a higher GPA and be more satisfied with their college experience than students who live off campus. The close proximity to both classes and campus resources makes it easier to balance studies, recreation and socializing.

All of your bills, for each semester, are included in a single fee charged to your student account. There are no surprise expenses and no chasing down roommates for their part of the rent.

Apply for Housing

In order to apply for housing at UTEP, you need to complete an application and submit a $200 deposit. All applications with deposits are assigned on a space-permitting first-come, first served basis.
