Individual research of contemporary topics in Computational Science on the graduate level. This course can be taken more than once at the discretion of the CPS Advisor. Prerequisite: Approval of the CPS Advisor.
CPS 5398 Graduate Thesis I
First semester MS thesis course. Prerequisite: Approval of the CPS Advisor.
CPS 5399 Graduate Thesis II
Second semester MS thesis course. Prerequisite: Approval of the CPS Advisor.

CPS 6396 Graduate Research
Individual research of contemporary topics in Computational Science on the doctoral level. This course can be taken more than once at the discretion of the CPS Advisor. Prerequisite: Approval of the CPS Advisor.
CPS 6397 Doctoral Project
Research project on a contemporary topic in Computational Science on the doctoral level, under direct supervision of a CPS faculty member. Student turns in a written scientific report at the end of the course. Format of the report and other details are determined by the instructor. This course can be taken more than once at the discretion of the CPS Advisor. Prerequisite: Approval of the CPS Advisor.
CPS 6398 Dissertation I
First semester doctoral dissertation course. Prerequisite: Approval of the CPS Advisor. (This class cannot be taken concurrently with CPS 6399)
CPS 6399 Dissertation II
Second semester doctoral dissertation course. Prerequisite: Approval of the CPS Advisor.
