The Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é shall document complaints and their resolution. The Equal Opportunity Office shall retain such documentation. To the extent permitted by law, complaints and information received during the investigation will remain confidential. Relevant information will be provided only to those persons who need to know in order to achieve a timely resolution of the complaint.
