Build cross college collaboration through intra-professional and interdisciplinary efforts and initiatives

Facilitate applied and translational research and scholarship efforts that address significant societal problems
SPLP Objective - Increase faculty, scholarly productivity.
Strategy 1 – Tenure-track faculty will collaborate with clinical faculty.
Strategy 2 – Faculty will participate in cross college collaboration.
Strategy 3 – Faculty will establish and maintain bi-semester research talks and invite faculty members in other programs to attend and participate.
Performance Indicator – By 2023, the number of grant applications will increase by 15%.
