GALLERY HOURS 

Tuesday, wednesday & friday 10 am - 5pm | Thursday 10 am - 7 pm  | saturday 11 am - 3 pm

We encourage you to explore the galleries as a teaching tool for your classes:

• Self-Guided Visits: Schedule anytime during our operating hours. For groups larger than 10 students, please make a reservation in advance to help us manage the space effectively.

• Guided Visits: If you'd like a guided visit led by our staff or student team, please request this at least two weeks in advance. Include details about your class and what you hope to learn during the visit.

For all reservations, guided visits, or requests to visit outside regular hours, email us at rubincenter@utep.edu, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

CURRENT VISITOR PROTOCOL

• Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the building, in addition to hand washing supplies in bathroom area.
• All common surfaces will be sanitized regularly on a pre-determined schedule.
• If you are sick, please stay home.
• We will regularly monitor changing health conditions and update this protocol regularly according to most recent guidelines provided by the CDC and The Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso.
