Admitted Students
Congratulations on being admitted into the UTEP School of Pharmacy!
All applicants who have been admitted into the UTEP School of Pharmacy (SoP) are “conditionally admitted” students. This means that your admission is conditional on completing the following requirements prior to matriculation in the Fall.
All students admitted to the UTEP SoP must complete the following requirements and submit the proper documentation (if necessary):
-
Submit signed Admission Acceptance packet
-
Submit $200 seat deposit (this sum will be reimbursed to you when you begin classes)
- Attend mandatory Office of Experiential Education (OEE) Requirements 101 session by registering with the OEE Compliance Coordinator, Alma Dominguez, at arsaldana2@utep.edu
-
Fulfill OEE Student Compliance steps before matriculation - OEE Compliance pdf
-
Complete any remaining prerequisites with a grade of C or better before matriculation
-
Attend mandatory new student orientation
-
Due to limited facilities in El Paso, students may be required to complete rotations at healthcare sites that are not located within the city where their primary residence is. This necessitates temporary relocation for the duration of the rotation.
Failure to fulfill any of these requirements may impact your admission into the program. It is your responsibility to complete all stated requirements and verify that all required documentation has been received by the SoP.
