Dr. Lizely Madrigal-Gonzalez is a highly qualified and experienced program evaluation specialist with expertise in research design, both qualitative and quantitative methods, education research, policy analysis, student information systems, and data-driven decision-making. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology from San Diego State Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é, a Master's in Public Administration from New Mexico State Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Policy, Evaluation, and Technology from the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso. In her current role as the Performance Strategic Manager for the County of El Paso, Texas she holds a Lean Sigma Black Belt certification and has extensive experience in performance management, strategic planning, and process improvement. Additionally, she is a lecturer for the Masters in Public Administration program at UTEP, teaching graduate courses in program evaluation and policy analysis. Her professional experience includes various program evaluation positions for organizations such as the Ysleta Independent School District, the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the El Paso Empowerment Zone Corporation, and she has also served as an external program evaluator for the Workforce Solutions Borderplex and Lone Star Community College.
