Dr. Euipyo Lee
Dr. Euipyo Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration. His research background encompasses public administration, organizational behavior, and bureaucratic representation. Dr. Lee’s interests center on how organizational culture and communication shape public employees' motivation and behavior. Additionally, his work delves into the dynamics between bureaucrats and racial minorities, with a particular emphasis on U.S. law enforcement. Dr. Lee earned his doctoral degree in Public Affairs and MPA from Indiana Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é Bloomington. His research has been featured in journals such as the American Review of Public Administration, the Policy Studies Journal, and the Asia Pacific Journal of Public Administration.
