Jorge Reyes
Jorge Reyes is an Assistant Planner with El Paso County Planning and Development. After obtaining his MPA at UTEP, he began his career working for then State Representative Roland Gutierrez from San Antonio as his Legislative Director, where he was the main researcher for the Representative. He then worked as a Policy Analyst for an El Paso County Commissioner located on the sprawling east side of El Paso County. Jorge then worked for the City of El Paso in their Community and Human Development Department before returning to the County in his current position dealing with subdivision review and special projects.
Jorge received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (’09) and a Master of Public Administration (’12) with a concentration in Urban Planning and Economic Development, from The Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso. He has over ten years of public policy research experience mainly focusing on local government issues."
