Welcome!
UTEP is introducing the new PaymentWorks supplier platform! New and existing suppliers will be required to register and create a profile via this new system. We have provided resources for UTEP employees so they can can understand how to send invitations and how to use PaymentWorks. We have also created a dedicated page for suppliers so that they too can understand how to get accustomed to the new system.
Setting up is easy!

To get started, suppliers must receive a PaymentWorks registration invite from a UTEP employee in order to register and create a profile.

Next, the supplier must complete the registration. Which will be validated by PaymentWorks and UTEP.

Once the registration is completed and processed by UTEP, you will be able to proceed with goods/services. If at any point in time your business information changes please update your profile, for guidance or more information regarding changes you can refer to the Supplier Resources link below.
