Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é

Abha Singh received her Masters in Public Administration degree from New York Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é, Graduate School of Public Administration in 1988, majoring in International Administration and Public Finance. She received her Bachelors degree with Honors from Bihar Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é in India.

Her professional work experience includes the positions as a budget analyst in Yonkers, New York and as a financial manager in El Paso, Texas.
Since relocating to El Paso, Texas in 1994, she has been teaching at the El Paso Community College and the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Phoenix before joining the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso in Fall 2009.
