Dr. Ljubinka Andonoska
Dr. Ljubinka Andonoska came to UTEP in 2013; she teaches in the Master of Public Administration program in the College of Liberal Arts. Dr. Andonoska's MPA and PhD degrees are from Arizona State Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é and her specialties include public administration management and accountability, government budgeting, and public financial management.
