No, you do not need to open a request with the Help Desk for your computer on campus. An on-site team is dedicated to installing the software on all computers on campus in all campus buildings.
Will I be informed when my computer on campus is available for use again?
Yes, communication will be sent out when campus computers are available for use.
Can the required software be installed on my personal computer that I use for work purposes?
No, Carbon Black will be installed on UTEP computers only.
I have a UTEP iPad. Does the required software need to be installed?
No, Carbon Black does not need to be installed on iPad devices.
Is there a service available if I want an anti-virus program installed on my personal computer?
