Suicide Prevention:
mission is to provide immediate assistance to individuals in suicidal crisis by connecting them to the nearest available suicide prevention and mental health service provider through a toll-free telephone number: 1-800-273-TALK (8255). It is the only national suicide prevention and intervention telephone resource funded by the Federal Government.

MDLIVE Behavioral Health Counseling:
MDLIVE offers virtual visits for behavioral health counseling. Speak with a licensed counselor, therapist, or psychiatrist for support. You can choose who you want to work with for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, loss, and more.
Digital Mental Health-Learn to Live
Learn to Live (L2L) is a behavioral health digital platform available to UT SELECT and UT CONNECT members which offers condition-specific programs, each delivered in a user-paced multimedia experience.
