If the complaint is unresolved, the student may file a complaint with the designated agency in the state where he/she is receiving instruction or with UTEP’s accrediting agency. UTEP is a member of (National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement) and thus recognizes reciprocity with . Students in may file a complaint with the agency in their state, or with the Texas agency; contact information for both can be found below.

For Out-of-State Students Enrolled in UTEP Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é Programs or Courses:
Students within SARA states may file a complaint with the SARA portal agency in the home state of the institution or within their home state.

The Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees.
