NSF Partnerships for Innovation (PFI)’s Program Q&A Session Seminar
The U.S. National Science Foundation's Partnerships for Innovation, or PFI, program assists researchers and innovators from academia, nonprofit and public organizations in accelerating the development of breakthrough technologies and speeding solutions forward. PFI-funded researchers apply an iterative process of translational research and customer discovery to develop prototypes that address a product-market fit and inform future products or services. Please join this Partnerships for Innovation (PFI) Q&A webinar to learn about the PFI program. During the webinar, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the PFI program and what to expect for the submission deadline.

NSF EDU Faculty Early Career Development Program (CAREER) Workshop 2024
The workshop is intended to provide guidance and mentorship to prospective CAREER applicants to the NSF Directorate for STEM Education. It will serve as an opportunity for participants to gain a better understanding of the program, including eligibility requirements, the application process, and outcomes of past CAREER awardees, and for participants to interact with other applicants, former awardees, and NSF program officers.

NIH Grants Process: A Brief Walk-Through for Beginners
Are you new to working with the NIH grants process? If so, make plans to join your peers as the NIH walks through essential aspects of applying for funding. This event offers participants an opportunity to gain insights into the NIH’s organizational structure and how it funds research, finding the right fit for your research (including NIH Notices of Funding Opportunity - NOFOs), the grants process overview, peer review, NIH and applicant institution roles and responsibilities, and resources to help along the way.

Spring 2024 NSF Grants Conference
The NSF Grants Conference is designed to give new faculty, researchers, and administrators key insights into a wide range of current issues at NSF. NSF staff will provide up-to-date information about policies and procedures, specific funding opportunities, and answer attendee questions. Attendees will engage in and learn: new programs and initiatives, proposal preparation, NSF’s merit review process, NSF directorate sessions, award management topics, conflict of interest policies, and NSF systems updates.

Join this open-ended session to ask questions about what’s needed when creating a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) proposal. A SBIR/STTR program director will answer questions and point you to resources. Prior to this session, we encourage you learn more about the proposal process on seedfund.nsf.gov/how-to-submit, then come prepared with any questions you have.

NSF Webinar: New Focus on Recruiting Emerging Climate and Adaptation Scientists and Transformers (FORECAST) Program
The FORECAST program seeks to facilitate transitions from status-quo graduate career preparation to student-centered models with an emphasis on building entrepreneurial and innovation capacity through intentional professional development activities.
