Patricia Cortes

Patricia Cortes is an online Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She earned her Master’s of Criminal Justice and Master’s of Public Administration, both from the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS), in 2021, Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Reasoning from the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), in 2013, and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from El Paso Community College (EPCC), in 2012. She is a former Asylum Officer from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She also worked as a Probation Officer in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
