Alma Angelica Hernandez is an online Adjunct Instructor at the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso - Department of Criminal Justice. Hernandez holds a Master of Arts in Criminology from the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of New Mexico. Other degrees earned include a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology(2001) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é of Texas at El Paso (2009). Her publications focus on the social determinants of crime, racial inequality, segregation, violence, and well-being.
