Dr. Greg Moore
Adjunct Instructor
Dr. Gregory Moore is an online adjunct instructor in the Intelligence and National Security program within the Department of Criminal Justice at UTEP. He is the Founder and Director of the Center for Intelligence & Security Studies at Notre Dame College in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Moore holds a doctorate in American Diplomatic History from Kent State Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é and is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy. He has published or edited four books and numerous articles, including Defining and Defending the Open Door Policy: Theodore Roosevelt and China 1901-1909. (2015) Dr. Moore served as part of a NATO strategic study program (2012-14), presenting briefings to NATO military and civilian personnel in Bucharest and Oradea, Romania, and at NATO headquarters in Brussels. He has also lectured on American Foreign Policy at the Universities of Belgrade and Novi Sad in Serbia (2019).
