  • Who Should Attend: The UTEP Edge Symposium is designed for faculty and staff who are dedicated to advancing student success through UTEP Edge practices. Whether you are involved in academic programs, student services, co-curricular activities, or administrative support, this symposium offers valuable insights and collaborative opportunities.
    • Ideal Attendees Include:
      • Faculty interested in integrating high-impact practices, such as Edge Experiences and Advantages, into courses, syllabi, mentorship, and student engagement.
      • Staff who support student development through programs, advising, student organizations, or leadership opportunities.
      • Student Services Professionals working to provide resources and programs that enhance student success, including representatives from career services, academic support, counseling, and beyond.
      • Campus Leaders and Administrators focused on fostering a campus-wide commitment to engaged, asset-based learning.
